Armed Security Officer

Description

Complete Security LLC is seeking professional Armed Security Officers to support client sites, businesses, communities, events, and assigned security posts throughout the Memphis area.

This role is for applicants who understand the importance of presence, professionalism, responsibility, and clear communication while representing a security company.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible and professional armed security presence.
• Monitor assigned posts, entrances, properties, and event areas.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents.
• Follow site-specific post orders and company procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, residents, and staff.
• Complete incident reports and daily activity reports when required.

Requirements

• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Must be able to stand, walk, patrol, and remain alert during assigned shifts.
• Armed security experience is preferred.
• Must meet applicable licensing requirements for armed security work.
