Complete Security LLC is seeking a professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, applicants, vendors, and visitors. This position plays a key role in maintaining a professional office environment while supporting daily administrative operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and applicants professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
  • Assist with employee onboarding paperwork and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and office documents.
  • Respond to emails and general office communications.
  • Support management with various administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements
