Complete Security LLC is seeking professional Unarmed Security Officers to support commercial properties, residential communities, retail locations, construction sites, and client facilities throughout the Memphis area.

This position is ideal for individuals who understand the importance of professionalism, customer service, observation, and maintaining a safe environment while representing a security company.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible and professional security presence.
• Monitor assigned properties, entrances, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or incidents.
• Conduct routine foot patrols and property inspections.
• Follow site-specific post orders and company procedures.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, residents, and staff.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation when required.

Requirements

• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Must be able to stand, walk, patrol, and remain alert during assigned shifts.
• Security, military, law enforcement, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a professional appearance.
